The Website is operated by Ornyx AI and Robotics Limited, a company registered in Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, under economic licence No. MC 15152.

The Website presents Ornyx, its enterprise software and cloud product lines, robotics programmes and company profile. Content is provided for general information only. It is not a binding offer, a commitment to supply, technical or professional advice, or a promise that a particular product, feature or programme will be available.

Any commercial scope, pricing, delivery, service levels and other commitments must be set out in a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties. If such an agreement conflicts with these Terms in relation to that engagement, the agreement governs the engagement.

When contacting us, provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to share. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content, confidential third-party material or sensitive personal information.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle enquiry and technical data. Our Cookies & Analytics notice explains browser storage, Turnstile and the deployment-dependent use of Plausible measurement. These notices form part of the information governing your use of the Website.

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Website.
